For years they’ve been mistaken for those “internet geek guys” when in reality they are men of rebellion, fighting for truth, seekers of freedom, devourers of cotton candy and downright party animals. They live their lives with reckless abandonment for one reason and one reason only; to bring you the best of free music downloads on the internet. Not the type of men to hide behind their mothers’ aprons, except for a home cooked meal on Sundays and boo-boo’s that need bandages, they go out of their way to scour the world for the best mixes DJ’s are spinning all for your enjoyment.

So, it is without trepidation, that the scratchitup.com creators Conrad Dangerfield and DJ Dimik traipse hidden back alleys, often only just narrowly avoiding disaster at every corner, to collect little gems of free music downloads just for you!  As their treks through urban jungles could result in their imminent capture at any moment, by any number of people - envious geeks, high school librarians, over zealous public officials, jilted bee keepers - they are welcoming those not afraid of association.  Shrouds of secrecy found in Avatars, Anonymous Blogs and scratchitup.com email addresses can not of course guarantee your anonymity but they may help. 

As you may now realise it is nearly impossible to save the world when there are cheerleaders out there who refuse to save themselves.  However, it may not be too late to save yourself or, indeed, this website. Despite their own lives being riddled with danger and conspiracy they do not expect scratchitup.com fans to publicly acknowledge their own alliances to the website.  However, for those who have the courage to join the crusade and pledge their devotion, the dubious two, will soon be manipulating the website to allow for such bravery.

While the creators of this site are skilled in many areas, including building rafts or hiding in caves in moments of peril, they are not however skilled in supplying all that they hope to bring to this site. DJ’s, MC’s, Geeks, Secretaries, Dental Assistants, Producers, Programmers, Undertakers, Dog Walkers and Waiters are all banding together like the community raising a child.
